     Don’t ask me.

      No other prints in the inventory are harder to explain.

      I do like to draw bones and I tend to put lots of texture into prints, but a lot of these images apparently came from the subconscious.

      I do know that “Urban Development” was done after the 1992 Los Angeles race riots when all the politicians were talking about the need for LAW AND ORDER. That did not seem to come to grips with the problem, but I’m not sure this print does either..

     “What We Become," although perhaps not obvious, deals with the death penalty. Electrocutions, I know, are out of style now, but they were very popular in my youth.

     “Stone Figure” was done after 9/11 as is a kind of memorial, and “Sovereign Night” apparently has something to do with the dream world. “Ecce Homo” was inspired by a sculptor who made figures out of scrap metal, car bumpers, motor parts and so on, but don’t ask me what it means.
